My Tho city to grant certificates for 9 investment projects

ABO - Being the center of Tien Giang province, My Tho city is calling for many investment projects to promote socio-economic development and urban renewal. It includes 9 projects to be granted an investment certificate at the 2018 Tien Giang province investment promotion conference.

In 34 projects in the expected target group, the specific project team to be granted investment certificate  is 27 projects and the project group to be granted a research certificate is 7 projects. In 27 projects to be granted investment certificates at the 2018 Tien Giang province investment promotion conference, My Tho city is expected to have 9 projects, with total investment capital of more than VND 2,000 billion, including:

* The building institution trade union project at Trung An industrial cluster and My Tho industrial zone

* The My Loi Apartment project

* The Mekong Software Park project

* The Tam Minh General Hospital project in Tien Giang

* The My Tho Commercial Center project

* The EB My Tho Supermarket project

* The Green River Hotel project

* The Mekong Paraside Hotel Restaurant project

* The agricultural processing products factory in Trung An project

My Tho city has a special geographic location, creating an architectural complex that develops areas suitable to the riverside city, including many industrial parks which have been developing steadily. With the new investment preparation projects, it will create a motive force for synchronous development of the central area of Tien Giang province. In 2018, My Tho city is building a smart city with immediate objectives: simple administrative procedures, transparency of information, providing online public tools to facilitate for people and businesses.
