Urgently preparing for the investment promotion conference

ABO - The Steering Committee of the investment promotion conference of Tien Giang province in 2018 has just held a working session to check the progress of the preparation work for the conference expected to take place at the end of June.

Panels, banners, etc… have been completely designed. The detailed conference scenarios for each item, subsection from the campus, reception hall, rooms for guests (rooms VIP), conference room and conference hall also have been finished.

The event organizer has developed a welcome guest scenario, the guest control plan for the convention process. In addition, activities to prepare for display and exhibition have also been implemented. Accordingly, the display area, exhibition area expected to be held at the Provincial Conference Center, including 4 booths.

Three of the exhibitions introduce the potential and demand for investment in the province in the fields of agriculture, industry, trade and services and introduction of youth entrepreneurship activities. In addition, there is an exhibition area about the achievements of of businesses.

According to the plan, the province selects and mobilizes 100 typical enterprises and business households in the province to participate in the exhibition area to introduce the achievements of enterprises. The scheduled time will last 4 days, starting two days before the conference at Lac Hong Park.

In addition, the work related to the program, scenario, document, list of projects granted investment policy and list of projects to call for investment in the province served at the conference were also urgently prepared by relevant departments.

Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Le Van Huong stressed that this is a very important conference so the organization must be solemn, practical and effective. He also asked the relevant departments to focus on implementing the contents related to the conference in accordance with the schedule.
