368 newly-established enterprises in year's first half

ABO – According to the Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee, there were 368 newly-established enterprises in year’s first half, with total registered capital of VND 2,582.8 billion, reaching 50.4% of the plan and up 89% in registered capital compared with the same period.

The average investment capital was VND7 billion per an enterprise, up VND2 billion compared with the same period.

There were 451 enterprises directly under operation registration increased 142% over the same period. In addition, in the first six months, it was estimated that 128 enterprises registered to increase their capital by VND1,335.9 billion, up 41% in number of enterprises and 179 times in terms of capital compared to the same period. By the end of June, the whole province has about 4,798 operating enterprises.

In first six months, the province implemented the tasks of enterprise development support under the Government's Decree No. 35 /NQ-CP and Resolution No. 06-NQ /TU of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee on support and development Enterprises: Organizing the first and second quarter business dialogues for the business community in the eastern and central regions; Organizing the delegations of the Provincial Party Committee to visit enterprises after the Lunar New Year; Setting up a commission to support start-ups, start-up clubs and creative start-up funds, and measures to mobilize the conversion of business households into enterprises, etc…
