Prime Minister suggests many issues for Tien Giang province

ABO – Most of enterprises on the 2018 Tien Giang investment promotion conference taken place on August 9 commented on the organization of the conference as considerate and professional.

The success not only was showed by the number of 30 investment projects and investment policy at the conference with a total capital of VND 16,178 billion and 19 projects calling for investment with VND 16,300 billion but also through the organization as considerate and professional from form to content. And that was also the assessment of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in the speech directed at the conference.

The PM highly appreciated Tien Giang in organizing the conference compactly but effectively with the efforts of the province to change the image, contributing to improving the investment environment, attracting many projects, contributing to economic growth over the years. The PM also highly appreciated the unity of the Party, the Tien Giang government, which has contributed to the comprehensive socio-economic development of the province, especially the environment investment.

The PM also affirmed the position and potential of the Tien Giang province in the region as the "front" of the Mekong Delta; therefore Tien Giang needed more efforts to match the status and "restored" the prosperity of My Tho city in particular and Tien Giang in general.

The head of the Government also posed many questions that were not only suggestion but also challenge for Tien Giang province in social stability and sustainable development.

It was the construction of clean land fund, enhancing business dialogue, creating conditions for enterprises and people to access preferential capital, inviting businesses to build linkages of product value, especially to promote the fruit advantage when Tien Giang considered as the "kingdom" fruit in the country, etc…

With an open, close and sincere attitude, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc infused a new spirit into the 2018 Tien Giang investment promotion conference with the spirit of a government of action, all of the development of the business community.

The PM also urged businesses to seize opportunities and invest in the Tien Giang province, the land with many comparative advantages in the area. The government would do its utmost in stabilizing the macro economy and creating all conditions as well as ensuring the interests of investors when doing business with the Tien Giang province as well as Vietnam.

Happening in short time but with dynamic content, tight script and the royal treatment of reception with the community of responsibility of the whole political system, the 2018 Tien Giang investment promotion conference under the theme "Tien Giang - investment opportunities - development cooperation" was successful.
