The Soai Rap Petroleum Service Industrial Zone handed over to the Tien Giang province

ABO - On the morning of September 25, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) and Petro Vietnam (PVN) signed a contract to hand over the Soai Rap Petroleum Service Industrial Zone to the Tien Giang province.

Through discussion and exchange, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee and the PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC) agreed on a number of contents.

Accordingly, the Tien Giang province Department of Natural Resources and Environment has implemented Decision No.1668 /QD-UBND of land acquisition of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee. The PVC send the original land use right certificate and related papers; signing land lease contract and land handover on September 1, 2018.

For the financial handling of the project, after receiving the project, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee will pay a part of the Group's expenses in accordance with the Official Letter No.3797/UBND-DTXD dated 20 September 2018.

The Tien Giang provincial People's Committee has issued the Official Letter No.4150/UBND-DTXD dated 20- 20-2018 requesting the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to guide the implementation. The Tien Giang province will pay for PVN /PVC’s investment after receiving official guidelines from ministries and sectors.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Le Van Huong stressed that in terms of finance, the Provincial People's Committee will assign the Tien Giang province Department of Finance to implement. For the next work, the two sides will focus on implementation. In the coming direction, the Tien Giang province Industrial Zones Authority will receive and manage the project.
