ABO - On November 13, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong and other departments and agencies surveyed the landslide remedy project of Ba Rai river, a section through Cai Lay town, and a number of projects in the province.

The landslide remedy project of Ba Rai river is about 2.8 km long. Up to now, the project embankment west of Ba Rai River has been executed the work of 365 m, reaching 75% progress. Currently, the sector is working on setting up the the landslide remedy project of Ba Rai river, section near Cai Lay bridge, in accordance with Decision 795 of Prime Minister dated 29-6-2018, with the length of 750 m, investment cost as VND 56 billion; of which, 50 billion VND will be supported by the central government.
Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong surveyed the construction progress of the Tien Giang General Hospital and Ben Cho project in Cho Gao town. At the survey points, he suggested the construction units to ensure the progress and quality of the project so that the project will serve the people well after completion.
Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong also investigated the operation situation at the Cho Gao booster station, at Cho Gao town, Cho Gao district. At this point, he highly appreciated the efficiency of the pump station and recommended the pump station to regulate the flow, increasing the safety of the water supply system and provide stable water for the people.
