Tien Giang province welcomes high investment projects in 2018

ABO - In 2018, Tien Giang province attracted 28 projects with total capital of VND 8,257 billion, along with another 14 projects expanding their investment capital to VND 3,565 billion by the end of 2018, a year-on-year increase of 96.9 percent.

The total investment capital in 2018 of Tien Giang province was estimated at VND11,822.7 billion, higher than three times in the same period.

About domestic investment projects, in 2018, Tien Giang province attracted 18 projects with total capital of VND 1,579 billion, increasing the total capital of domestic investment projects to VND 2,630 billion by the end of 2018, a year-on-year increase of 4.3 percent.

About FDI projects, in 2018, Tien Giang province attracted 10 FDI projects with total capital of VND 6,678 billion, along with another 13 projects expanding their investment to VND 2,514 billion by the end of 2018, a year-on-year increase of 38.9 percent. 

The total capital of FDI attracted by Tien Giang province in 2018 reached VND 9,192 billion, doubled 2.76 times in the same period.
