Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong checks the progress of projects

ABO -  On February 15, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong has just checked the progress of projects in eastern districts and My Tho city.

After checking many projects in Go Cong Dong district, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong proposed to strengthen machinery and equipment to speed up the construction progress of Gia Thuan industrial cluster 1. The construction of the anchorage area, avoiding storm shelter for Soai Rap estuary fishing vessel was low so that it was necessary to have new solutions and ways. In addition, the delegation came to burn incense at Truong Dinh national heroes' temple (in Gia Thuan commune) and give opinions on this temple expansion project.

For the Provincial Road 872B project’s implementation in Go Cong Tay district, the section from National Road 50 to provincial road 877, the Go Cong Tay district project management unit and construction unit said that the project is still facing difficulties because Le Van Ky's household (living in Thanh Phong hamlet, Yen Luong commune) has not yet approved compensation for leveling, affecting construction progress and project completion time.

In Cho Gao district, Chairman of the PPC checked the progress of the project of the Cho Gao agricultural product park project an many projects in My Tho city such as: the embankment of Ward 2; the resettlement area of Ward 3 under the My Tho city urban upgrading project; the Tien Giang General Hospital (in Phuoc Thanh commune) and the Binh Duc primary school (in Trung An commune).

Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong encouraged the spirit of force to implement the projects; at the same time, he was expected that the contractors continue to accelerate construction progress but must ensure the quality of construction and labor safety to meet the expectations of the people.
