Tien Giang province always creates favorable conditions for enterprises to operate effectively

At the dialogue, the PPC informed the socio-economic and business development situation in 2018 and the first quarter of 2019. Accordingly, Tien Giang province has a relatively high GRDP economic growth rate compared to other provinces in the Mekong Delta region, with a total GRDP of 2018 of about 3.58 billion USD. The economic structure shifted towards increasing the non-agricultural proportion and gradually reducing the agricultural proportion. Number of newly established enterprises in the province increased rapidly, averaging about 634 businesses per year, by the end of 2018; the number of active enterprises was over 5,000. Attracting investment and business environment were gradually improved, etc... Up to now, the PPC organized nine enterprise dialogues with 103 petitions.

Particularly for the first enterprise dialogue in 2019, besides the comments and proposals sent by text to provincial departments, many enterprises also raised difficulties, problems related to environmental issues; traffic safety; rental land, land rent; tax; loan demand and loan procedures; procedures for transferring land use rights, etc...
