Tien Giang's industrial production index increases 10.5 percent

ABO – Accoding to the Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee, the index of industrial production (IIP) of the province in the February this year gained the rate of 10.5 percent, compared with the last month.

In the first two months, the IIP increased by 11.2% over the same period, including: manufacturing and processing increased 11.4%, water supply, waste management and treatment gas, water, heating and air conditioning increased 5.8%.

There were 29/41 industrial products with production index increased over the same period, including: canned beer increased 26%; parts of gears, gearboxes, other motion control and transmission parts increased 1.420%; microbial fertilizer increased 21.8%, etc…

For the processing industry, the consumption index decreased 6.3 % in February and increased 7.5 % over the same period last month, the accumulated increased 14.4% over the same period.
