According to the report, until now, the average number of criteria achieved in the province is 15.04 criteria /commune, an increase of 0.14 criteria compared to 2018. Of which, 52/144 communes achieved 19/19 criteria, 18/144 communes achieved from 15 to 18 criteria, 68/144 communes achieved from 10 to 14 criteria and 6/144 communes achieved from 5 to 9 criteria. For 23 communes striving to reach the new rural standards in 2019, each now on average reached 14.22 criteria / commune.

For the progress of building Cho Gao district to meet the new rural district standard, up to now, there are 8/18 communes meeting standard, striving to have the remaining 10 communes recognized to meet standard in 2019. For Go Cong Dong district, so far the district has 6/11 communes meeting standard, striving to achieve 2 more communes by 2019 and 3 communes to reach standard in 2020.

According to the assessment, all the criteria not to meet standard in two districts are infrastructure and needing large investment capital such as planning, transportation, electricity, health - culture - education and environment.

At the conference, delegates raised difficulties and obstacles in the construction of new rural rural in the locality, at the same time, raising recommendations and suggestions to the Provincial Steering Committee for timely guidance.
