The economic growth of Tien Giang province rises 6.8% in first quarter of 2019

ABO - According to the Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee, the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) of the first quarter of 2019 is estimated at 15,196 billion VND, up 6.8% over the same period.

The fields of agriculture, forestry and fishery increased by 3.1%, higher than the same period of 0.4 points, of which agriculture increased by 3.1% and fishery increased by 6.3% (due to production and exploitation increased).

The industry-construction sector increased by 12.1%, of which industry increased by 12.7% and construction industry increased by 6.8% over the same period.

The service sector increased by 6.4%, most sectors in the service sector increased over the same period. If the product tax was included in this area, the increase reached 6.6%.
