Signing the appendix of the contract of Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project

ABO – On the morning of May 8, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee and the project enterprise (Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT joint stock company) and the joint venture of investors signed an appendix of the contract of construction investment project submitting Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway phase 1 under BOT contract form.

This was a step to confirm the responsibility of the parties in removing the "bottlenecks" of the project, specifying the responsibilities of the parties in the next time.

Through the signing ceremony, the parties also pledged to continue to coordinate and continue to remove many difficulties in the future to ensure the progress of the project.

At the signing ceremony, Deputy Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that: When receiving the competent state agency from the Ministry of Transport, the progress of land clearance of the project reached about 96%.

Up to now, after the fierce participation of the province, the clearance progress has now reached over 98%. For the budget for clearance, compensation for the remaining households, Tien Giang province will pay the provincial budget if the central budget is not timely allocated.

Tien Giang is committed to investors and project enterprises to solve this problem in the future to ensure the clearance work is 100%.

After signing the appendix of contracts, many technical and financial solutions, etc... will be the key tasks that the province and investors and enterprises will complete soon.

Through this, Tien Giang also proposed Ministry Transport to assist local authorities in submitting the earliest technical solutions to implement the construction in the soft ground sections of the project.
