Tien Giang's industrial production index increases 11.1% in the first four months

ABO – According to the Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee, the index of industrial production (IIP) of the province in four months of this year gained the rate of 11.1%, compared with the same period.

In the first four months, the IIP increased by 11.1% over the same period, including: manufacturing and processing increased 11.1%; water supply, waste management and treatment gas, water, heating and air conditioning increased 21.1%; production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning rose 6.9%.

The industrial production value in April is estimated at 9,694.3 billion VND, up 1.4% over the previous month; up to now, it has reached 33,706.3 billion VND, up 12.2% over the same period, reaching 28.8% compared to the year plan.

There were 21/42 products with increased production index over the same period: suits, suits, jackets, trousers, overalls, shorts for adults knitted or crocheted increased 101.1%; combine harvester increased 100%; bottled beer increased 37.5%; repair and maintenance services for ships and boats increased 37.2%; canned beer increased 26.8%; microbial fertilizer increased by 22.6%; coaxial cable and coaxial wire increased 21%; drinking water increased 20.1%; animal feed increased 9.2%; aqua feed increased 8.7%; frozen fillets increased 8.2%, etc…
