Thereby, adjusting, amending and supplementing some of the contents of the signed contracts and other sales agreements; is an important legal basis for project enterprises to implement the project.

The investment plan has just signed to determine the total investment of the project is 12,668 billion VND, of which the State budget capital is 2,186 billion VND, BOT capital is 10,482 billion VND (loan from commercial banks is 7,694 billion VND).
