Many real estate projects in My Tho city to be implemented

At the meeting, leaders of My Tho city People's Committee reported on urban development orientations and some real estate projects in the area.

According to the adjustment general planning of My Tho city until 2030 has been approved, the city will form 5 urban areas with a total urban construction land area of 4,200 ha by 2030.

The city has currently called for investment in a number of projects such as: Tran Hung Dao Street extends and residential areas along the road; Kinh Xang Cut project phase 2; the extended Nguyen Cong Binh Street and residential areas on both sides of the street; the D7 road and residential area on both sides of the road.

Enterprises informed about the progress of implementing on-going projects such as: Nguyen Cong Binh extended road and 2 residential areas along the road; the D7 road and residential areas, An Hoa residential area, etc... Enterprises also presented difficulties in the implementation of projects.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Van Huong assigned Tien Giang Department of Construction to coordinate with related units to study and advise the PPC to guide documents on real estate development in the province.

After the document is established immediately, the steering committee for real estate development of the province will review the planning and manage the progress of investment projects. At the same time, establishing a working group to monitor and support the situation of real estate development, etc...
