As for construction, contractors organized 21/21 construction and installation packages. However, the enterprise is organizing a review of the capacity of the construction contractors.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, for the central budget capital to support the project, the Provincial People's Committee has decided to allocate capital to the relevant units, including the reimbursement to enterprise of 1,445,338 billion VND and refund of the budget for the province as 278,358 billion VND. So far, the province has completed the capital for enterprise. Because the project is facing financial difficulties, the construction volume is not high, the accumulated construction volume has reached about 1,715 billion VND (about 27%).

Regarding credit capital, according to the approved financial plan, credit institutions will participate in funding of 6,686 billion VND.

Vice Chairman of Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company Luu Xuan Thuy said that, on the basis of a part of the state budget to support the disbursed project, enterprise will immediately reorganize the construction progress on the basis of the department maintains the project completion milestone in the second quarter of 2021; to adjust a number of items to connect the whole route by the end of 2020.

To ensure this progress, the investor and the contractors and related units will strengthen and mobilize the maximum manpower, materials and equipment to execute 3 shifts, without holidays and New Year holidays.

The allocation of state budget capital is an additional motivation for investors and contractors, competent state agencies to speed up the project to the final destination in December 2020. However, the completion of the project and put into use on April 30, 2021 as directed by the Prime Minister depends greatly on loans from banks, Thuy said.

Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that the province and the investor had done a lot of work, the results were very positive, in which the legal issues were completely solved such as: adjusting the project; signing contract appendixes; adjusting the total project investment; reviewing all the technical solutions, etc...

In the coming time, Tien Giang province will continue to support enterprise to invite banks to work together to solve problems as well as ensure credit capital for the project. On the other hand, the province will report this problem to the Government, ministries and central branches for solutions. In addition, with the allocated budget, the province also requires enterprises to focus drastically to the project to ensure progress.
