Calling for investment in 23 real estate projects

ABO - The Tien Giang provincial People's Committee held an investment connection conference between with the Ho Chi Minh Real Estate Club (HREC), on December 6.

The conference is in the program “Caravan connecting investment of Ho Chi Minh City to Long An province, Tien Giang province and Dong Thap province ” from December 6 to 8.

The conference aims to introduce potentials and investment opportunities in the province, projects calling for investment in the province, mainly in the fields of basic construction; projects of urban areas, residential areas, houses; real estate projects for resorts, tourism and hotels.

At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee introduced to enterprises under HREC 23 projects calling for investment in real estate such as: Residential area and Song Thuan market; Kenh Xang Residential Area phase 2; the extended Nguyen Cong Binh street and residential areas along both sides of the road; My Loi industrial cluster; Tan Ly Dong Industrial Complex, etc ...

Also at the conference, enterprises under HREC expressed their interest in projects calling for investment in the province; at the same time, raising many questions around the following contents: investment incentive policies; limitations and potential in real estate development in the province; current status of land in projects calling for investment; land price list, etc ...

Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Nghia said that in the past years, besides attracting and inviting investment, the province is very interested in dialogue with businesses to listen to opinions, finding out problems of enterprises to promptly solve.

Besides, comrade Le Van Nghia also thanked businesses for their interest and connection with the province in real estate projects.

Hopefully, this networking conference will create a highlight in inviting investment in projects in the province, etc ...

On this occasion, HREC awarded the province a symbol worth 200 million VND to build a rural transportation bridge.
