Vietnam Texfuture Spring Summer 2023 opens
ABO/NDO- Vietnam Texfuture Spring Summer, an international exhibition on high-end fabric exhibition, opened in Ho Chi Minh City on March 23 with the aim to contribute to developing a green and sustainable textile industry.
With the theme "Vietnamese Textile and Garment: Stronger - Smarter – Greener", the event has attracted more than 200 Vietnamese and foreign exhibitors who are displaying over 1,500 high-end fabrics, garments, and textile techniques and solutions, circular economy solutions, textile raw materials, home textiles, and accessories.
Vietnam Texfuture Spring Summer is considered the first major trade connection activity of Vietnam's textile and garment industry in 2023, in the context that the textile and garment industry is facing many difficulties.
The exhibition is an opportunity for the domestic and international textile business community, experts, scientists, state management agencies to meet, understand each other better, and seek cooperation opportunities for mutual development.
It also acts as an opportunity for the textile and garment industry to form a responsible ecosystem linking raw material areas, towards developing Vietnam's textile and garment industry in the direction of "Circular Economy - Green Economy and Digital Transformation".
In addition, the exhibition also includes seminars on trends that will shape global fashion through 2024 spring and summer, the new age of design and how to minimise fabric textures to reduce the impact on the environment, according to the organisers.
Vietnam Texfuture Spring Summer 2023 also has the participation of businesses providing leading domestic and international digital transformation solutions in the direction of digital technology application.
Among them is Frontier - the first digital fabric platform to use artificial intelligence (AI) in building an image exchange system for fabric sources for the apparel and fashion industries.
Vietnam Texfuture Spring Summer 2023 will run until the end of March 24.
