Tan Hoi Dong commune is proclaimed the new rural commune

Tan Hoi Dong commune has just been proclaimed the new rural commune by the Chau Thanh district People’s Committee.

Tan Hoi Dong commune has 1,981 households with 7,649 inhabitants. After 4 years of implementing the National Targeted Program to build new rural areas, Tan Hoi Dong commune has met 19 standards required for a new rural commune.

In implementing of helping to develop economic, the poverty rate of household is reduced by 0,1 percent in comparison with 2013. There are more than 1,455 regular labors working in many industrila zones. The commune’s average per capita income is over 29 million VND per year. The commune has 1,898 households reached 3 cultural standards (95.8 percent).
