Tien Giang sport delegation gets the third prize of entire group

On May 25, the 6th Mekong Delta’s An Giang 2015 Games closed at An Giang library. Mr Vu Thang Loi, Head of Deparment of Mass Sport and leaders of provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta, Defense Sport Center 4 (Military Zone 9) attended the closing ceremony.

The organization of the Mekong Delta Games awarded flags to 3 units

Ending the 6th Mekong Delta’s An Giang 2015 Games, the host An Giang sport delegation won the first prize of entire group with 108 gold medals, 90 silver medals and 87 bronze medals; Can Tho city sport delegation won the second prize with 78 gold medals, 57 silver medals and 49 bronze medals; Tien Giang sport delegation won the third prize with 66 gold medals, 65 silver medals and 96 bronze medals.

The next group consisted of Vinh Long, Soc Trang and Ca Mau, Dong Thap, Long An, Kien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Bac Lieu, Hau Giang and Defense Sport Center 4 (Military Zone 9).
 
There were 1,850 athletes from 13 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta and Defense Sport Center 4 (Military Zone 9) who played 25 sports.
