They are Captain Que Ngoc Hai, winger Vo Huy Toan, forward Nguyen Cong Phuong and Mac Hong Quan. Quan is a substitute in the formation.
The site also gave brief descriptions of the role and influence of each player in the formation.
According to the FCA, young defender Hai was the driving force behind many of his team’s decisive counter-attacks as he quickly brought the ball out of the defensive zone with great foresight and strength in the tackle to build a strong defensive line.
Cong Phuong led the team from the front, winning matches for Vietnam to haul them into the semi-final.
Meanwhile, although Vietnam did not progress to the final stage, Vo Huy Toan played superbly during the tournament as the 22-year-old produced impressive attacks from his left winger position.
The SHB Da Nang winger became the one of competition’s top goal-scorers with five goals along with Thailand striker Chananan Pombuppha and Myanmar youngster Sithu Aung.
