Go Cong town meets criterion of "urban civilization town"

The provincial People’s Committee has just issued Decision No 2319 to proclaim Go Cong town meetting criterion of "urban civilization town" period 2013-2015.

The scheme to build Go Cong town meetting criterion of "urban civilization town" period 2013-2015 was approved by the provincial People’s Committee dated July 29, 2013. Aftering two years of implementing, Go Cong town met seven criteria of building the "urban civilization town”: Building clean and strong political system; developing economy; constructing civilized modernization urban town with green - clean – beautiful environment landscape; building cultural sport institutions; ensuring social security, improve and enhancing the life of people; building cultural life, healthy and enriched spirit, and building defense and strong security.

The provincial People’s Committee requests the Steering Committee “All people unite to build cultural life” movement of Go Cong town to continue building and implementing the schemes of period 2015 – 2020, to mobilize people to implement the criteria of urban civilization town towards quality, practicality, efficiency and sustainability, to contribute on building Go Cong town as the eastern urban center of the province.

 

As expected, Go Cong town People’s Committee will hold a ceremony to receive the title of "urban civilization town" on September 22, 2015.
