Children's painting contest on Vietnam and Russia

The Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association coordinated with Pushkin Institute in Hanoi and the Russia - Vietnam Friendship Association to launch the second international children's painting contest on Vietnam and Russia.

The contest is held to mark the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution (1917-2017).

Russian and Vietnamese students from high schools in Russia and Vietnam can participate in the contest. Contestants are divided into three age groups, including under 8, from 9 to 12, and from 12 to 16.

Paintings can be sent to Russia - Vietnam Friendship Association No 23, 320 Office, Varsava Boulevard, Moscow; the Vietnam - Russian Friendship Association at No.105A Quan Thanh street, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, or Pushkin Institute at No,4 Nguyen Cong Hoan street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi.

The results will be announced on November 30th, 2016 on the websites of the Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association, Pushkin Institute in Hanoi, and the Russia - Vietnam Friendship Association.


It aims to help children show their knowledge through paintings, thus fostering a creative environment for them to gain information about the history, culture, nature and traditions of the two countries.
