Exploiting Dong Thap Muoi ecological reserve tours combined with spiritual tourism
Dong Thap Muoi ecological reserve was established in March 2000, under the Tan Thanh commune, Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province with an strictly protected area of 106.8 hectares and a buffer zone of 1,800 hectares. It has feature of original alum wetlands ecology and most famous of Vietnam with more than 70 plants and over 83 species of rare animals.

With this inherent potential tourism resources, on June 22, 2016, Tien Giang provincial People's Committee has approved policy to let Tien Giang Tourism Trade Ltd.Co in cordination with Tien Giang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development open tour travel at the Dong Thap Muoi ecological with Truc Lam Chanh Giac Zen Monestary to serve tourists. This opens up many opportunities to attract investors and tourists to this potential and attractive tourism product.
