Binh Phan is proclaimed the new rural cultural commune
Binh Phan commune has just been proclaimed the new rural commune by Cho Gao district People’s Committee and the Provincial Standing Steering Committee for National Targeted Program to build new rural areas on December 15. Up to now, Cho Gao district has 11 communes recognized this title.

Over the past time, thanks to the attention of all levels and branches, the cadres and people in the commune has attempted on implementing five criteria of the new rural cultural commune.
The commune’s average per capita income is VND 48 million/person/year, the poverty rate of household is reduced by 2.79%, the oder and security are maintained, the culture-arts, sports and physical training activities have grown steadily, 6/6 hamlets have been maintained the title of culture for many years.

In 2017, 97.63% of households have been recognized as cultural families for three consecutive years, over 70% of households used clean water; 11.7km of rural roads covered with asphalt, etc…
On this occasion, the Cho Gao district People's Committee and Binh Phan commune presented many Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals contributed to the construction of the new rural cultural commune.
