Aiming at building a reading culture in the community

At the meeting, members exchanged views on way to hold the opening ceremony of the Vietnam Book Day; display products; book story telling contest; organizing exchange talks on books; writing competition on "I love book"; to make donations for books, to visit and to donate books to disadvantaged children who have difficulty in school, etc... and many other meaningful activities.

It is expected that the celebration of Vietnam Book Day will take place from April 18th to April 23rd at the Provincial Cultural Center.

The Vietnamese Book Day is organized by the province to confirm the role and importance of the book, to honor the value of the book, to build a reading culture in the community and to honor the participants in the process of collecting, publish, print, publish books; to build and develop the reading movement in social life to aim at building a learning society.
