Exhibition extols President Ho Chi Minh
ABO/NDO – An exhibition of works related to President Ho Chi Minh opened in Hanoi on May 10 as part of events to celebrate the President’s 128th birthday (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2018).

Works on display include more than 1,000 publications, books, and newspapers chronicling the life and revolutionary career of President Ho, while highlighting the leading role played by the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho in the country’s cause for national liberation, construction and defence.
The exhibits also feature exemplary models who stood out in following Uncle Ho’s teaching and contributing to the nation’s patriotic movements.
The exhibition is co-hosted by the General Department of Politics under the Vietnam People's Army and the Military Library to help visitors and soldiers develop a deeper understanding of the ideology and career of beloved President Ho, thus encouraging them to follow Uncle Ho’s example.
A seminar on President Ho Chi Minh’s thought and the Vietnamese People’s Army was also held on the same day, featuring a presentation by Prof. Dr Hoang Chi Bao, member of the Party Central Committee's Theoretical Council.
The exhibition will run until May 15 at the Military Library, 83 Ly Nam De Street, Hoan Kiem district.
