Athlete Ngo Son Dinh awarded VND 10 million

ABO - On the evening of October 20, the Tien Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a delegation to Can Tho International Airport to welcome athletes Ngo Sơn Đinh returned from the 2018 Youth Olympics. 

Deputy Director of Tien Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Van Dung awarded to athlete Ngo Son Dinh.

The delegation of Tien Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism congratulated and awarded VND10 million to athlete Ngo Son Dinh; at the same time, the delegation also congratulatied coaches, weight training specialists at the Can Tho National Sports Training Center, where athlete Ngo Son Dinh was trained.

 As reported by Ap Bac newspaper, athlete Ngo Son Dinh won the gold medal at the summer Olympic in Buenos Aires, Argentina after overcoming many heavyweights.

Although he was only 17 years old and only participated in training four years, athlete Ngo Son Dinh has made rapid progress with many outstanding achievements in the international arena such as one silver medal, two bronze medals at Asian and Asian Youth Weightlifting Championships in 2017, three gold medals at Weightlifting - Asian Youth Championships – 2018, etc...
