Six localities in Tien Giang to let off fireworks on the lunar New Year eve

ABO - Tien Giang provincial People's Committee has just met the Organizing Committee of low firework letting off on the lunar New Year eve 2019.

At the meeting, the Provincial Military Command reported the preparations for fireworks display in the lunar New Year's Eve in the localities.

Accordingly, Tien Giang province has 6 districts, city and town to let off fireworks on the lunar New Year's Eve, including My Tho city, Go Cong town, Cai Lay district, Cho Gao district, Go Cong Tay district and Tan Phu Dong district.

My Tho city organizes the largest scale firework display in the province with 120 rigs, Tan Phu Dong district with 40 rigs at least. Accordingly, up to this point, the plan of fireworks display in the localities has been approved.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Duc assigned the Standing Committee of the Organization Committee to continue checking all the firework plans of the localities, ensuring to comply with regulations; at the same time, closely coordinating the relevant units, especially the Police sector in organizing firework displays.

The time is fixed at around 11:45 pm on the evening of the 30th day of Tet, the localities will simultaneously fire fireworks to celebrate the new year.
