In Tan Phu commune, Cai Lay district, activities to welcome Tet were held in association with cultural and sports activities and contests. Most of activities will be organized at the commune cultural house to the roads leading to Ap Bac relic.

In the clusters of communes in Hau My in Cai Be district has organized a spring festival model for people in remote areas with activities such as building flower bouquets, elegant village girl contests, etc... with the participation of exchanges with contiguous district units of Long An province and Dong Thap province.
