Hanoi launches virtual space depicting signing of Preliminary Agreement with France
ABO/NDO- The Hanoi Children’s Palace on October 21 launched a virtual space featuring the signing of the Preliminary Agreement between President Ho Chi Minh and France on March 6, 1946.
President Ho Chi Minh and a representative of the French Government inked the Preliminary Agreement 77 years ago, on March 6, 1946, at house No. 38 Ly Thai To Street, Hanoi (now the memorial house at the Hanoi Children's Palace).
This is the first bilateral international treaty that the young State of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam signed with a foreign country. This is also considered a milestone and a miracle that began the diplomacy development during the Ho Chi Minh era.

A virtual reality technology room was established to help people discover the place where Uncle Ho worked and signed the agreement, as well as some documents about his life and love for children.
Deputy Director of Hanoi Children’s Palace Vo Thi Thanh Diep said that the project is a meaningful activity, demonstrating infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, a national hero and a man of culture.
The operation of the virtual space brings a new approach to traditional historical data, thereby arousing patriotism and national pride among children and people of Vietnam, Diep noted.
