In the final of the "Road to glory" 2013-2014:

Contestant Nguyen Vo Huu Thuc (Tien Giang) won a laurel wreath

On September 7, Tien Giang Radio and Television Station combined with Department of Education and Training, Tien Giang Telecommunications and Tien Giang Lottery one member co., Ltd hold the final of the fifth "Road to glory" 2013-2014. Mr Nguyen Anh Tuan, Head of The Tien Giang Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Mr Tran Thanh Duc, Deputy Chairman of Tien Giang People's Committee attended.

Ông Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ, Trưởng Ban Tuyên giáo Tỉnh ủy và ông Trần Thanh Đức, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh trao vòng Nguyệt quế cho thí sinh Nguyễn Võ Hữu Thức.
Mr Nguyen Anh Tuan, Head of The Tien Giang Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Mr Tran Thanh Duc, Deputy Chairman of Tien Giang People's Committee awared a laurel wreath to Nguyen Vo Huu Thuc contestant.

Four contestants attended the final such as: Ho Le Anh Phuong (Cho Gao High School) won the First prize of the first quater; Nguyen Minh Khanh (Nguyen Trung Truc High School, Tri Ton district, An Giang province) won the Second prize of the second quater; Nguyen Vo Huu Thuc (Tien Giang Specialist High School) won the First prize of the third quater and Nguyen Thi Thien Thanh (Cai Be High School) won the Second prize with the highest point of three quaters (175 points). After four section included the starting section, the heading for the open sea, the crossing the ocean and the glory, Thuc excellently won a laurel wreath with 230 points.

The "Road to glory" was held from the acedemic year 2009 - 2010 for high school students in Tien Giang province. By the acedemic year 2011-2012, this program was extended to the high school students of Ben Tre and Long An provincce. From the academic year 2013 - 2014, the program  was expanded to  provincial candidateof Mekong Delta. This year, the program was attended by high school students from Tien Giang, Long An, Ben Tre, Soc Trang, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh, Dong Thap, An Giang province and Can Tho city.
