Secretary of the provincial Party Committee visits typical teachers

On December 19, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Ngoc; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Thanh Duc; Director of Deparment of Education and Training Nguyen Hong Oanh and visited typical teachters and gave them presents on the occasion of celebrating 32 years of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20th, 1982 - November 20th, 2014).

Mr Ngoc presented flower to Teacher Pham Van Huyen, a former teachers of Truong Dinh High School.

The delegation visited Teacher Nguyen Thanh Hong (My Tho City), a former official of the Deparment of Education and Training; Teacher Vo Van Thuong (Go Cong Tay district), a former teacher of Vinh Binh High School; Teacher Ha Thanh Tam (Go Cong Dong district), a former teacher of Nguyen Van Con High School; Teacher Pham Van Huyen and Pham Thi Sau (Go Cong town), two former teachers of Truong Dinh High School.

Mr Ngoc, Mr Duc and members of the delegation inquired after teachers and expressed gratitude to typical teachers who contributed to the education achievements of the province at many different periods.

Mr Ngoc emphasized that the government and the young generation always respect senior teachers for their devotion to teaching career.

Reportedly, on December 17, the Provincial People’s Committee, Department of Education and Training has organized delegations to visit many former leadership teachers of the Department of Education and Training. They were: Teacher Huynh Dinh, Teacher Pham Van Kim, Teacher Phan Van Ha, Teacher Dong Thi Bach Tuyet and Teacher Truong Nam Thang, the former Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Although they retired, these teachers still devoted to the cause of education achievements in many different forms, such as participating in the work of the Charity Association, the Study Encouragement Association, the Former Teacher Association, the Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients, Disable and Orphans.
