Accordingly, the park will be built in Ky Phu and Phu Long communes, Nho Quan district, over an area of 1,155ha with an investment capital of around VND7,368 billion, of which nearly 29% will be from the State budget.
The general objective of the project is to rescue, conserve, store and develop the gene source of wild animal species for scientific research, particularly endangered, rare and precious animals.
The specific aim of the project is rescue and care for about 3,000 animals belonging to around 250 different species, while breeding and rearing animals in semi-natural enclosures.
The park is expected to attract 5 million visitors per year, thus contributing to increasing the province’s State budget collection and developing ecotourism.
