A "Book Reading Festival" opens in Phu Kiet Primary school

On the morning of April 18, the provincial Library co-ordinated with the Phu Kiet Primary school to open the “Book Reading Festval”. Representatives of the provincial Library, Cho Gao Cultural Center,  Department of Education and Training Cho Gao district, Phu Kiet People’s Committee, with all teachers and pupils of Phu Kiet Primary school attended this event.

In the day “Book Reading Festval”, the principal of Phu Kiet Primary school, Pham Van Chinh, highlighted the significance of Vietnam Book Day (April 21). Pupils were participated in the reading, writing their comments on their favorite characters and taking part in team games to create a cheerful excitement of the festival.

80 prizes were awarded to writing their comments on their favorite characters competition.

The “Book Reading Festival” created the jonyess, passion for reading book to help puplis to learn better, making a love for reading habit to become useful citizens of the society in the future.
