International exhibition on technological equipment open

An international exhibition on imaging technology, broadcasting and audio-visual equipment, and LED/OLED technology (VIPI/VIPA/LEDTEC) was launched in Ho Chi Minh City on May 7.

The exhibition has 400 booths displaying hundreds of products in the above-mentioned fields from around the world, with the presence of Canon, Nikon, Tamron, Benro, Tenba, SonyPro, Ikagemi, GoPro, Yamaha, Denon, Accuphase, Jamo, Shure, Tannoy, Klipsch, Onlyo, Marantz, Polycom and Aver.

Local businesses participating in the exhibition are VIC Vietnam, Pakotek, Thanh My, Mega, Hoang Quan, Saigon HD, Anh Duy, Ademax, Tieng Ngoc, Fawwookidi, Rang Dong, Dien Quang and Duhal.

The event, which is expected to attract around 30,000 visitors, aims to connect partners in related fields, and create opportunities for businesses to meet their targeted customers and display the latest achievements and trends in the region and the world.

Discussions and specialised seminars will also be organised during the exhibition to help connect partners, while visitors can take part in sidelines activities including a photo contest and film screenings.

The exhibition will be open until May 9.
