2015 Asia Mobile Games held in Vietnam

The 2015 Mobile Game Asia opened in Vietnam for the first time at Windsor Plaza Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City on July 9, attracting 2,000 people.

According to Le Hong Minh, General Manager of VNG, with 40 million internet users, most of them spend most of their time online on smartphones, for this reason, Vietnam is becoming a large market of smartphone mobile applications. However, the market is yet to be used to its full potential.

The event is expected to offer Vietnamese businesses a chance to co-operate, introduce products and exchange experiences from international businesses around the world that aim to better utilise the Vietnamese market and offer enhanced services to consumers.

The 2015 Mobile Game Asia has drawn the participation of more than 70 speakers from leading game production companies in 13 countries across the world.

Besides a number of panel speaker sessions, an exhibition featuring approximately 40 booths has been set-up.

The event, organised by Global Mobile Game Confederation (GMGC), runs until July 10.
