Benchmark of grade 10 for 2016-2017 school year is announed

According to Tien Giang Department of Education and Training, the entrance examination of grade 10 for 2016- 2017 school year, Tien Giang has 17, 232 candidates attended the examination.

The admission mark is counted by total mark of three exam papers for entrance exam including Philology and Mathematic mutiplied with 2 coefficient. The foreign language is 1 coefficient and priority mark as well as encouraged mark added.

Specifically, the benchmark of Tien Giang Gifted school is 40,75 marks, the benchmark of Nguyen Dinh Chieu high school in My Tho city is 31,25 marks, the benchmark of Vinh Binh high school in Go Cong Tay district is 22 marks, the benchmark of Doc Binh Kieu high school in Cai Lay town is 24,25 marks, the benchmark of Cho Gao high school in Cho Gao district is 24 marks, the benchmark of Truong Dinh high school in Go Cong town as well as Cai Be high school is 21,5 marks, etc…

Thus, the benchmark of  all schools is lower than the entrance exam grade 10 of previous shool year. Reportedly, in 2015- 2016 school year, the province had 401 classes of grade 10 with 15,779 students.
