Nearly 3,500 students attend "The 2017 consulting entrance exam – career"

The “The 2017 consulting entrance exam – vocation” programe has just been taken place in Tien Giang university for nearly 3,500 students from high schools in the province.

This programe was organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper cor-ordinated with Ministry of Education and Training, Tien Giang Department of Education and Training, and Tien Giang university.

Consulting board consisted of lectures, entrance exam – vocation consultants from the Ministry of Education and Training, many universities in Ho Chi Minh city, Tien Giang University, Tien Giang Medical College.

Speaking at the consultation, Director of Tien Giang Department of Education and Training Nguyen Hong Oanh emphasized: Career choice is the turning point for every person. This program contributes to the direction for students to choose the direction of their life.

Consulting program included three parts: general consulting (the latest information of the regulation on the anuual national high school exam and the 2015 entrance exam) and each group career consulting (economic group; science & technology group; social sciences group, etc…). In part 3, students could meet and discuss directly with the teachers in the consulting board.

Most of concentrated on choosing a school or choosing a job, choosing according to preference or ability, etc… Members of the advisory board, the leaders of the schools answered and provided useful information for students, especially the vocational guidance information.
