In order to create opportunities to work for employees, from November 2015, the Esuhai Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Tien Giang University for Japanese training, skills training, job introduction, etc... Up to now, more than 30 Japanese training classes were opened with 728 students;. There were 140 qualified students participating in the internship program in Japan and 100 students coming to work at provinces and cities of Japan.

Students from Tien Giang University to Japan mainly practice and work in a number of main occupations are: Food technology, electronic assembly and mechanical engineering, agriculture, built within three years with an average salary of about 25-30 million VND/month. After working in Japan, these workers will return to Vietnam, becoming a high quality human resource for Japanese companies in Vietnam.
