Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attends the closing ceremony at Long Binh Secondary&High School

ABO - On the morning of May 29, Long Binh Secondary & High School (Go Cong Tay district) held a closing ceremony of the school year of 2018 - 2019. Attending the ceremony was Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Danh.

On the school year 2018 - 2019, although facilities were limited due to the consolidation of Long Binh Secondary School and Long Binh High School into Long Binh Secondary & High School, the Board of Directors, teachers, and students overcame difficulties to well complete the school year. Regarding conduct, 1,357 students achieved good conduct, reaching 91.38%. In terms of learning capacity, 384 students achieved good grade, accounting for 25.85%; students with fair grades accounted for 36.97%.

In the past year, school students also actively participated in the excellent student competitions at all levels, scientific research, the program "Road to glory", etc ... achieved many high prizes. The school considered graduating from secondary school to reach 100%; 100% of 12th grade students were allowed to attend the national high school exam in 2019.

At the closing ceremony, Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Danh presented 2,000 notebooks, 20 scholarships to poor students, each worth 1 million VND.
