Participants, who are managers of departments of provincial, district departments and enterprises, were trained on the main contents such as: Protection of intellectual property rights in e-commerce in Vietnam; customer journey with online and offline channels; understand media and online planning channels; export online on e-commerce platform; trend of online marketing today; inspection, examination and handling of violations in e-commerce; etc...

Through the training course, the state management staff and businesses in the province better understand how to effectively use e-commerce in production and business activities, contributing to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
