Leading clean energy enterprises in 2019 announced
ABO/NDO – The Vietnam Energy Magazine has announced the VCE 10 rankings, which features the top 10 clean energy enterprises in Vietnam in 2019 based on independent evaluation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Energy Association.

Trungnam Group, a professional organisation investing in energy, infrastructure - construction and real estate that is running three renewable power projects, tops the rankings of leading clean energy companies in 2019.
The rankings also include Dau Tieng Tay Ninh Energy JSC, Truong Thanh Vietnam Group JSC, TTC Group, Bim Group, Vietracimex, the Electricity of Vietnam, Sunseap Group, Cong Ly Construction-Trade-Tourism Company, and Sao Mai Group.
The total power capacity of the 10 leading clean energy enterprises, who are collectively operating 29 solar and wind power plants, is over 2,300MW. The figure includes 2,164.52MW of solar power and 139.15MW of wind power, accounting for 49% of the nation’s total solar and wind power capacity.
The rankings are based on criteria including the scale of renewable energy investment, the update of the clean energy trend in the world, technology and equipment, factors to promote clean energy development, speed of investment in clean energy projects, corporate responsibility to society, and others.
2019 is considered a booming year of the renewable energy sector, which has been dominated by wind power and solar power projects thanks to preferential policies of the Vietnamese Government of Vietnam.
The ranking is the recognition of the contributions of enterprises operating in the energy sector, particularly in environmentally friendly energy, contributing to the socio-economic development of Vietnam.
