President Tran Dai Quang begins official trip to Belarus

President Tran Dai Quang, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam arrived in Minsk on June 26 afternoon, beginning a three-day official visit to Belarus.

* President Tran Dai Quang, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam arrives at Minsk International Airport at 1:50 pm (local time).

 

* A Belarus girl in traditional dress offers bread and salt to the President and his spouse which is a traditional welcoming ceremony in the country.

 

* Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko (second, left) welcomes President Tran Dai Quang and his spouse.

 

* Staff members of the Vietnamese Embassy and representatives of Vietnamese people in Belarus greet the President at the airport.

 

* The three-day official visit to Belarus at the invitation of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

 

* Representatives of Vietnamese people in Belarus welcome the President and his spouse.
