Senior Lieutenant Phan Van Phat, Director of the Center Phan Van Phat said that: At present, Military Region 9 and Logistics Department have assigned the Center for building Dong Tam Snake Farm 2 farm in Phu Quoc with an area of 27.4 hectares and an investment capital of VND15 billion.
