Vietnam crown champions of AFF Suzuki Cup 2018

ABO/NDO – Vietnam national team are officially AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 champions as they claimed a marginal 1-0 win over Malaysia in the final return leg at Hanoi’s My Dinh Stadium on December 15.

Vietnamese players celebrate the opening goal by Anh Duc.

Veteran striker Nguyen Anh Duc scored the only goal in the match, helping the home team to clinch their second AFF Cup title in the history.

Midfielder Nguyen Quang Hai honoured with the Most Valuable Player award for his outstanding performance at the tournament.

Vietnam are officially AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 champions.

The home fans create a jubilant atmosphere at My Dinh Stadium.
