ABO - Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung and some other ministries and central branches worked with the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee after surveying the Cho Gao canal, on March 15.

Deputy Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan and representatives of some sectors of the province worked with the delegation.

After working with the delegation to survey the Cho Gao canal, at the working session with the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee, the Deputy Prime Minister concluded: The implementation of the project on upgrading Cho Gao canal, phase 2 is urgent and this is the Prime Minister's point of view. Therefore, the Deputy Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Planning and Investment to urgently supplement necessary documents to report and submit to the Prime Minister for approval the project of upgrading the Cho Gao canal, phase 2 with funding from state budget sources; the Ministry of Transport reviews the project items so that it can be implemented as soon as capital is available.
