Deploying the Resolution of the 9th Party Central Committee (Term XI)

On August 8, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to deploy and fully grasp the resolution of the 9th Conference Central Executive Committee Party (Term XI).

And the draft action programme of the Provincial Party Committee to imlpement this resolution. The conference was deployed online from the main conference to 5 provincial points and connected directly to all districts, county towns, villiages, and towns in the province.

Resolution 33 No NQ/TW on of the 9th Conference Central Executive Committee Party (Term XI), is the resolution on the construction and development of culture, Vietnamese human to satify the requirements for sustainable development of the nation.

The Resolution appreciated deeply the results of 15 years  implementation Resolution No.5 of the 8th Plenum of the Central Party Committee and analyzed causes of the limitations on the building and development of culture, Vietnamese human in the past time.

From this reality, the Resolution gave a common object of building the culture and complete development Vietnamese people, directing to the true, the good and the beautiful, being impregnated with nationalism, humanism, democracy and science.
