Directing to commemorate of implementing the 45th Uncle Ho's Testament anniversary

On August 20, Mr.Vu Ngoc Hoang, Member of Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Director of Central Propaganda Department presided the national online conference on directing to organize commemoration of implementing the 45th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament.
